Güntner Motor Management

Güntner Motor Management GMM, especially developed for Güntner heat exchangers, is a tailored development that achieves the best possible efficiency on the heat dissipation side and thus increases the economic efficiency of the refrigeration system.

The combination of energy-saving EC or AC fans with GMM creates an intelligent heat exchanger system for optimum energetic operation of the heat exchanger and efficient maintenance.

Developed especially for heat exchangers, GMM has functions that are particularly aligned to refrigeration engineering:

• Five different types of operation for refrigeration engineering
• External setpoint entry from a superordinate control system via analog inputs or a bus system
• Night mode (noise control)
• Control signal specified by a superordinate control system (slave mode)
• Special functions activated by defining a threshold value
• Switching between heating and cooling modes (heat pump operation or heat recovery)
• Emergency mode or bypass function (option)
• Maintenance mode for fans
• LCMM – Low Capacity Motor Management (only for EC fans)
• Offset setpoint controlled by ambient temperature
